Tracking
All orders include tracking.
You’ll receive your tracking details by email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Packing & Dispatch Times
We aim to pack and ship all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order, excluding weekends and Australian public holidays.
Please note that during sales or busy periods, dispatch times may be slightly delayed.

Note on currencies: Shipping costs are shown in local currency for New Zealand, Canada, and the USA. At checkout, Shopify will automatically convert the total to your chosen currency.
Express Shipping
Choosing express shipping does not move your order to the front of the packing queue.
All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received.
Express shipping means your parcel will travel faster once it has been dispatched, not that it will be packed sooner.
Authority to Leave
All orders are dispatched with Authority to Leave.
If you would prefer a different delivery arrangement, please note this in the order notes at checkout. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, additional fees or delays may apply depending on the carrier and delivery location.
Responsibility for Parcels
Once your order has left the Scribbly Gum Quilt Co studio, responsibility transfers to the postal carrier.
We are happy to assist with locating missing parcels and lodging enquiries with the carrier where possible. However, Scribbly Gum Quilt Co is not responsible for parcels that are ultimately lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
